Sarah Stevenson is an experienced tourism marketing communicator having worked for public relations and marketing agencies and in an in-house capacity in both Sydney and New York City, including NYC & Company, Visit Britain, Tourism Ireland, Destination NSW, Visit Flanders, Florida, and The Plaza Hotel, NYC for over 20 years.
With a 360-degree understanding of the tourism industry, Sarah’s skills lie in her media relationships, strategic partnerships and alliances, and strategic thinking. Always results driven, her focus is to work in partnership with clients and to tell their stories in a variety of ways from large-scale events, personal interviews or creative activations and to ultimately engage the audience.
She is highly awarded for her work on NYC & Company, Visit Flanders and Lord Howe Island.
Sarah sat on the Executive Committee for Visit USA. She recently judged the 2018 and 2019 Mumbrella Travel Marketing Awards and was a panelist at the Australian Society of Travel Writers’ Annual Conference. Her passion for travel and tourism goes well beyond just a career interest.
