Fiona started her career in the hospitality industry, where she worked in Food & Beverage managerial roles at renowned 5 star hotels in London before discovering her passion for training & development.

Fiona has worked in the field of training/learning & development for over 18 years & launched STORM Training and Development in 1999.

Having worked as a training manager, she understands the challenges of ensuring all members of a work force are fully trained to meet the needs of the customer/guest & are developed to assist with the growth of the individual & the company.

Fiona closely oversees all training activities at STORM Training & Development & relishes the opportunity to work with individuals & organisations & seeing the growth in them that targeted training offers.

Fiona has undergone professional development herself & studied for the CIPD Diploma & is an Institute of Hospitality Fellow.
